ruby-fxruby for Kali

The source code of this package can be found here:
 http://github.com/larskanis/fxruby

But the library doesn't work when we build it from source.
We take the *.cpp from the gem provided by upstream. We downloaded them
here: https://rubygems.org/downloads/fxruby-1.6.29.gem
The directory data/ext/fox16_c/ has been copied in debian/fox16_c

We also need a file Scintilla.iface provided by the source package
fxscintilla but not present in the binary packages. To avoid download during the
build, we just add the file with the patch add-iface.patch
